Business Manager
Sue Grogan
The Business Manager is responsible for the overseeing the overall functioning of the practice. She is mainly involved with developing and initiating any new services at the practice. She is responsible for the management of the whole practice team, finance, premises and development of the practice's business strategy. The Business Manager liaises closely with other outside organisations such as local NHS trusts, primary care trusts, and local authority social services departments.
Office Manager

The Office Manager is responsible for the effective non-clinical management of the administrative functions of the practice, providing confidential high level business support to all staff members and a wider primary health care team.

Receptionists
Our reception team provide a professional, efficient and comprehensive telephone and reception service.
The receptionists deal with patient enquiries ensuring any queries are forwarded to the most appropriate clinician.
The reception team adhere to all practice procedures to ensure patient's demands and rights are met.
Our receptionists are Helen Gwynne-Jones, Carole Pawson, Julie Lyons and Susan Knight.
Administrators/Secretary
Our administration team is based upstairs in Marske Medical Centre. They deal with the main administration functions of the practice such as hospital referral letters, prescriptions, booking clinic appointments and any other general enquiries.
Our administrators are Justine Hambley, Camille Hodgson, Lindsey Griffiths and Gillian Allison. Our secretary is Susan Davies.
